We tailor each experience to you
What we try to do is tailor the experience to what they want and what they value. When the patient first comes in, we spend a lot of time getting to know the patient, what it is they’re looking for, what their needs are, and tailor our treatment plan to be based off of the definition that they’ve given us.
And so the goal with having multiple occasions is that we can make it convenient for people. Most things that a patient may need, we can provide in the office. We have multiple doctors, and they’ll have a different skill set so that the patient doesn’t have to go to multiple offices or go all around town to get a specific procedure done.
If a patient just comes in and they want to have a specific problem addressed, we’re gonna address that, and we’re gonna focus on what they need. And we’ll give them other options, but we will make sure that every patient has the freedom to choose what they want. They’re not pressured into doing something they don’t need or they don’t value.
